The do's & Donts - Dynamic Fitness / Kettlebells

  • Before using the Kettlebell for the first time you must complete an intro session with a Trainer
  • All Kettlebells must be returned after use.  
  • Don't drop the Kettlebells
  • We recommend the use of gloves when using Kettlebells.
  • Be aware of other members whilst using equipment - check your space
  • Dont let the Kettlebells or Medicine balls hit the walls
  • Stay in your lane
  • Share equipment - don't be greedy
  • No towel - No workout
  • Clean up your sweat after use
  • Listen to Trainers instructions
  • Watch for hazards when training at all times
