Before using the Kettlebell for the first time you must complete an intro session with a Trainer

All Kettlebells must be returned after use.

Don't drop the Kettlebells

We recommend the use of gloves when using Kettlebells.

Be aware of other members whilst using equipment - check your space

Dont let the Kettlebells or Medicine balls hit the walls

Stay in your lane

Share equipment - don't be greedy

No towel - No workout

Clean up your sweat after use

Listen to Trainers instructions

Watch for hazards when training at all times
