The Do's & don'ts - Strength & conditioning

  • Don't know how to the use the equipment-  ask a Trainer
  • Don’t drop the weights 
  • Correct lifting technique to be used at all times - don't hesitate to ask for advice
  • Limit the grunting - don't be too noisy
  • Share the equipment -  there's plenty to go around
  • Don't let the weights roll 
  • Return all equipment to where it belongs - keep the gym tidy
  • No towel - No workout 
  • if you sweat on it, clean it up
  • Be respectful of other members
